About the Department

At Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (BUM) in Sundsvall, we work with family-centered care for children aged 0–18 across all professions. We are a strong team consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, play therapists, counselors, and more, where we work based on teamwork and everyone is involved in the care of the children.

As a nurse with us, you are part of a team where we work together for good nursing care and family-centered care. Onboarding is tailored to your needs, and the work schedule includes unsocial hours.

We are now looking for a nurse to join us at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a temporary placement on Ward 44 in Sundsvall until 2027-08-31. We can offer pure night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ward work
• Sample collection and medication handling
• Observations
• Rounds
• Reporting
• Knowledge of the technical equipment we use, as well as the ability to set up, use, and clean the equipment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have experience working in a hospital
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have further education as a pediatric specialist nurse
• Have work experience in inpatient care for children
