We are looking for an engaged and reliable nurse for social psychiatry in Sundsvall. Here, you will work closely with people in need of psychiatric support – in a operation where collaboration, participation, and quality are in focus.
Your new workplace
As a nurse in social psychiatry, you will work at one of our five residential facilities. You will be part of an interprofessional team together with care staff and the unit manager, and occupational therapists and physiotherapists are involved as needed. Together, we create a secure and structured everyday life for our users. The work is independent and varied, with a strong focus on person-centered care.

How you contribute in the role of nurse
The duties include, among other things:
- Responsible for health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
- Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on care measures.
- Medication management and medical assessments.
- Collaboration with doctors, psychiatry, and other healthcare providers.
- Supervision, delegation, and support to care staff.
- Documentation according to current legislation.
- Currently, the work is during daytime, Monday–Friday without weekends. Some weekend duty may become relevant in the future.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for you who:
- Are a registered nurse with a few years of experience.
- Have experience or interest in psychiatry.
- Are confident in your professional role and can work independently.
- Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate.
- Have a genuine commitment to the target group.
Merits:
- Further education in psychiatry.
- Lifecare.
- Worked in psychiatry, open or inpatient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Category B driver's license for manual transmission.

Salary: Monthly/hourly wage. Individual and differentiated salary setting is applied.
