About the operations

Regionhälsan is the occupational health service for Region Västernorrland and Sundsvall Municipality, with the mandate to provide expert support in systematic work environment work, work-oriented rehabilitation, and to describe the interplay between work environment, organization, productivity, and health. The operation consists of just under 30 employees with clinics in Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik. We are now looking for an occupational physician to join us.

As a physician within Regionhälsan, you will have a varied assignment. The work is carried out both independently and in multidisciplinary teams with the aim of supporting managers and employees in systematic work environment work and work-oriented rehabilitation. You will also share the responsibility for developing the operation's methods and service offerings. With us, you will belong to a professional group with experienced colleagues. The tasks are often in short, intensive periods primarily at the individual level and also occur at the group and organizational level where educational elements may be included. We meet our customers both physically and digitally, which primarily takes place at the consultant's location. Travel occasionally occurs between the operation's clinics. Regionhälsan offers competence development regarding relevant training, if needed, for example to achieve the additional specialty in occupational medicine. Working hours are office hours with flexibility.

The position is a permanent employment with a start date of 2026-10-01 or as agreed.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Are a specialist physician in a patient-oriented clinical specialty
• Have a B driving license
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you

• Have specialist competence in occupational health care or occupational medicine
• Have work experience in occupational health care
