We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated temporary personal assistant available during the summer for a young woman in Landskrona with autism and an intellectual disability. As an assistant, you will support her in daily life, accompany her to day activities, and participate in activities such as walks and horse-related interests. The position is hourly with the possibility of parental leave coverage starting in October 2026.

Experience and Merits

• You are a non-smoker.
• You have no allergies to cats or horses.
• You hold a manual transmission B-driver's license.
• Experience with low-affective interaction is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Experience with challenging behavior and de-escalation is meritorious but not a requirement.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, and enjoys engaging in activities. You need to be empathetic, respectful, and able to adapt to the customer's needs. The ability to make independent decisions and collaborate well is important. Being responsible, fun, and enthusiastic are qualities we value.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, your duties include individualized care and household chores. You will support and motivate the customer both at home and during activities outside the home. Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

The position is a temporary hourly employment. Work can be performed during the day, evenings, and weekends. Working hours are approximately 06:30–18:30 with some variation.

Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement to be considered for the role. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
