Wiretronic is a privately owned technology company with its headquarters in Vänersborg and a local office in Gothenburg. We develop and produce electrical diagnostic tools and customized cable solutions for the automotive industry, defense industry, and other technology-intensive operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to combine technology, customer contact, and project responsibility in a role where you follow the business all the way – from the customer's initial need to the finished product.

At Wiretronic, we do not work with standard solutions. Every project is unique and based on the customer's specific needs. This means you will become the technical link between the customer and our operations. You will delve into the customer's requirements, find the best solution, and ensure that the right documentation is in place so that production can deliver with the right quality, cost, and lead time. You will become a key person responsible for ensuring that customer needs are translated into a well-thought-out and producible solution.

You will have your own customer responsibility and follow your customers through the entire process – from first contact and technical solution to delivery and continued development of the collaboration. The role involves significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with customers, sales, purchasing, development, and production.

You will become an important part of the entire value chain where every step affects the next. A well-thought-out foundation leads to efficient purchasing, smooth production, and a satisfied customer.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the technical dialogue with the customer.
• Interpret customer needs and develop technically feasible solutions.
• Support the quotation process by creating calculation and decision-making materials.
• Review drawings and technical specifications.
• Create production documentation, CAD drawing documentation, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, planning, and production to ensure an efficient flow.
• Drive smaller and larger projects from inquiry to delivery.
• Contribute improvement proposals that create smarter and more cost-effective solutions.

The position involves a certain number of trips per year.

We believe you have a genuine technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work. Perhaps you have experience from the automotive industry, electrical engineering, automation, or other manufacturing industries. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important things are curiosity, technical interest, and the willingness to develop.
