Your Role

As the Responsible Engineer for Technology, you will hold a central role in a successful specialist company where technological development is a key competitive factor. You will be responsible for developing and further developing products and production processes, as well as translating customer needs into sustainable and competitive technical solutions. The role covers the entire chain – from customer dialogue and technical calculations to documentation, testing methods, and the development of production technology.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and various functions within the business, becoming a vital link between customer needs and the finished product. You will report to the CEO and be part of the management team. This is a key role without personnel responsibility. Here, you will have significant technical responsibility and excellent opportunities to influence the company's continued technological development.

We are looking for you who

Have a technical university degree or civil engineering education and a few years of experience from manufacturing industry. You have worked close to production, product development, or process development and enjoy collaborating internally as well as with customers and suppliers.

• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Technical customer dialogues.
• CAD.
• Quality-controlled operations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
