About our client

Our client is a Swedish company that develops products for both consumers and professional users, with operations in several countries.

The recruitment is handled by Jefferson Wells, but the employment will be directly with our client.

Your role with us

As a Visual Designer, you play a central role in the development and management of our visual product communication. The main focus is on ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive, consistent, and sales-driving manner across all markets and channels.

You are responsible for the creation, updating, and further development of our visual material, with a particular emphasis on packaging design, product images, 3D renderings, and planogram materials for store displays. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that all product communication is accurate, inspiring, and aligned with our brand.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Development, updating, and quality assurance of packaging for our entire product range.
• Creation of high-quality 3D renderings and product visualizations for catalogs, websites, marketing materials, and customer presentations.
• Planning and execution of product photography, as well as post-processing and optimization of image assets.
• Production and updating of planograms, store materials, and visual sales tools for retailers and project customers.
• Production of simple film and animation content for digital communication and social media.

The position is located in Western Skåne and reports to the Marketing Director.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in graphic design, visual communication, digital production, or equivalent. You have several years of experience working with creative production, preferably within consumer products, interior design, design, or related industries.

You have a strong aesthetic sense and documented experience in creating visual material for both digital and print media. You are used to working independently through the entire production chain while also thriving in close collaboration with other functions.

As a person, you are creative, structured, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to turn ideas into professional visual productions and are driven by creating content that inspires and engages.

Software and Tools

You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Trimble SketchUp, Twinmotion, or equivalent software.

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent software is considered an asset.
