Are you a driven and engaged accountant who wants to combine qualified accounting with developing controlling elements? Do you adapt easily to different operations, build relationships, and create structure in a changing environment? Then you could be the Corporate Accountant we are looking for at Real Alliance.

About the company

Real Alliance is a holding company that brings together several leading real estate brokerage firms in Sweden. The business idea is based on creating added value and economies of scale through collaboration, without restricting the individual companies' brand, culture, or independence. Since its inception in 2020, Real Alliance has grown steadily and now includes 12 brokerage brands, including Erik Olsson, SkandiaMäklarna, and ESNY.

The headquarters is located in central Stockholm, offering flexibility and hybrid work options. You will become part of a small, cohesive finance team together with the Group CFO and the Accounting Manager. Here, you work close to the operations in an open and non-hierarchical climate where ideas are encouraged, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the group's continued development.

As a group, Real Alliance consists of several companies with their own working methods, cultures, and processes. This means that the operations are complex and the structure may vary between different parts of the organization. To thrive in this role, you need to have an open mind, be flexible, and be able to handle working in an environment where different operations do not follow exactly the same processes or structures.

Your responsibilities

As a Corporate Accountant, you will work with everything from ongoing accounting, year-end closing, key figure analysis, and participation in business development. The role suits you if you want to work broadly within accounting but also contribute with an analytical perspective and drive improvements in systems, processes, and routines.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • VAT reporting
  • Incoming and outgoing payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly and annual financial statements
  • Annual reports
  • Quarterly reports
  • Key figure analysis
  • Support in group consolidation

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics and have worked with qualified accounting for several years. You are confident in all parts of accounting and have an understanding of how accounting works in a group structure, and you now want to further develop this knowledge. If you have already worked with controlling elements, we see this as an advantage; here you will work more independently with analysis and follow-up of key figures. We also appreciate that you have a natural interest in IT and systems and enjoy working in Excel, where much of the analysis and follow-up work takes place.

As a person, you are non-hierarchical, communicative, and adaptable. You thrive in a changing environment where the pace is sometimes high and priorities may shift quickly. Here you must have the ability to maintain focus, create structure, and deliver quality even when conditions change or when many issues need to be handled in parallel.

The finance department at Real Alliance works as a service function to the group's various companies. This places high demands on your service and cooperation skills, sensitivity, and ability to build good relationships with many different types of people.

Success factors

  • Several years of experience in qualified accounting
  • Thrives in a dynamic organization where working methods and processes may differ between companies
  • Has a high degree of flexibility and can adapt to the needs and conditions of different operations
  • Has the ability to create structure in your own daily life and prioritize correctly even when many issues are ongoing in parallel
  • Interest in systems, preferably experience with Visma Control and Medius
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
