Welcome to our fantastic small group of nurses in Nykvarn. Here you work as a nurse within the municipality's care and social services. Your responsibility as a nurse in municipal healthcare is to provide good and safe health care for our elderly in special housing as well as adults within the functional variation area. We take joint responsibility for our operations and our results; we work together with several professions and always keep the patient in focus. Patient-centered work is natural for you, and you spread positivity around you. As a person, you are flexible and responsible, have the ability to prioritize your tasks independently, and plan the work together with your colleagues to ensure the operation functions optimally.

We lift each other and our operations by focusing on each individual's strengths. As a nurse, it is natural for you to mentor nursing staff in the daily health and care work. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have good experience with documentation.

The healthcare organization is located at Lugnet Elderly Home in Nykvarn and is responsible for the patients living in the special housing Lugnet, as well as the LSS, SoL service, and psychiatric homes. The responsibility also extends to guests at the municipality's daily activities within the LSS area and daily activities within SoL during their daytime stay. Currently, the organization consists of four nurses, two physiotherapists, and one occupational therapist.

Requirements:

• Swedish license as a nurse.
• Have worked as a nurse for at least 2 years.
• Express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Have good experience with documentation.
• Have a Category B driver's license.

Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and we consider it an advantage if you speak Finnish.

We require you to present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register before employment.

A Category B driver's license is mandatory for this position.
