You will be part of a team consisting of care staff, physiotherapists, and nurses. An important part of your role is to supervise care staff so that together you can provide each resident with the best possible life. The work involves both acute and planned interventions.

As an occupational therapist at Sköndalsvillan, you help our residents maintain their independence in daily life. You are responsible for ensuring that residents receive good and safe care and treatment. You work actively to maintain a good relationship with the resident, their relatives, and other care providers.

We need to ensure that you, as a job applicant, have the right to work in Sweden. If you proceed in the recruitment process, we will request documents proving your right to work in the country.

As an occupational therapist with us, you are expected to be meticulous and organized. You work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills. Since your role involves many different contacts, good teamwork skills are required, as well as confidence in supervising care staff. You act from a professional standpoint with a high sense of service, always keeping the resident's and the facility's best interests in mind. We look for someone with great commitment and the drive to run a senior care facility with the highest quality, as well as a strong interest in quality improvement work.

The position is during day hours, Monday–Friday.

An extract from the criminal record (police certificate) must be presented before employment. We prefer this to be shown digitally, for example via Kivra.
