Do you want to help develop the future of home healthcare?
We are looking for a registered nurse who wants to take on a central role in our growing home healthcare service at Bromma House Doctor Clinic.
You will work full-time with our home healthcare assignment during daytime hours on regular weekdays (excluding holidays). This role suits you if you enjoy combining patient care with coordination and leadership, and if you value close collaboration with both nursing assistants and doctors.
Experience from basic home healthcare, primary healthcare centers, or ASIH (Acute Stay in Home) is advantageous, but most importantly, you feel confident in your role as a nurse and want to develop home healthcare together with us.
About Us
Bromma House Doctor Clinic is a personal primary healthcare center located in the heart of Brommaplan, operating under Region Stockholm.
We are a small operation with short decision-making paths, high competence, and close collaboration between doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants. We have a growing home healthcare service, chronic care clinics, and an active development process where employee ideas are valued.
Our home healthcare team currently consists of three nursing assistants, one nurse, and one home healthcare doctor. One of our valued nurses is moving on to new challenges this autumn, which means we are now looking for their successor. We are therefore looking for you who want to take an important role in our home healthcare team and continue to develop the business together with us.
About the Role
As a nurse in home healthcare, you have a key role in daily operations. You work both independently and together with the team to ensure safe, secure, and person-centered care in the patients' homes.
You serve as clinical support for the home healthcare nursing assistants and collaborate closely with our district doctors regarding planning, assessments, and follow-ups.
The work is varied and combines patient visits with coordination, planning, and medical assessments.
Examples of Tasks
- Plan and coordinate daily home healthcare.
- Lead and provide clinical support to home healthcare nursing assistants.
- Conduct home visits and nursing interventions.
- Participate in care planning and SIP (Individual Care Plan) meetings.
- Collaborate with doctors, relatives, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
- Handle incoming cases via LifeCare.
- Be responsible for our direct phone number for home healthcare patients for part of the workday.
- Contribute to the development of routines and quality within home healthcare.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have experience in independent clinical work.
It is advantageous if you have worked in:
- basic home healthcare
- primary healthcare centers
- ASIH
- municipal home healthcare
As a person, you are structured, confident, and solution-oriented. You like to create order, take responsibility, and help colleagues succeed. You find it easy to collaborate with different professions and thrive in an operation where decision-making paths are short and you have the opportunity to influence.
What We Offer
With us, you get a position where you can truly make a difference.
We offer:
- a committed and competent team
- great opportunities to influence working methods and development
- close collaboration with experienced district doctors
- high continuity in patient contacts
- short decision-making paths and visible leadership
- daytime work, regular weekdays (no holidays)
- collective agreement
- flexible working hours
- fitness allowance
- good opportunities for competence development
- We believe that a good work environment is created through reasonable workload, trust, and good collaboration.
