We are looking for someone whose heart is in care and elderly services. You are driven by providing excellent service and can interact with customers in a way that builds trust.

Working with us means you will be part of a small work group (Team) where everyone collaborates and helps each other to achieve the best possible results for our customers.

You must also be able to work independently in clients' homes. Our clients should feel that they are at the center of our attention, as we are a home care service that always starts from the client's needs and wishes. As care staff, you will primarily work with nursing and care. Our "Cleaning Patrol" handles cleaning. Laundry and shopping are handled by the "Internal Service Unit".

Requirements and Merits

• Care and elderly care education is a merit.
• Work experience within home care services is a merit.
• A driver's license is a merit.
• We require good proficiency in Swedish.
