About the role

As Operations Support, you have an important administrative role where you contribute to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You work closely with managers and colleagues to ensure a productive work environment.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience in administration and are structured and meticulous in your approach. Your tasks will include:

• Handling ongoing administration and documentation.
• Coordinating and following up on administrative processes.
• Supporting managers and employees with administrative matters.
• Registering and updating information in the company's systems.
• Responsible for archiving and document management.

This is a fixed-term part-time position (50%). The location is City Däck in Malmö.
