About the Role
As a Kit Management employee, you act as the central hub for complex order and logistics issues. You work proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality in every delivery. Responsibilities
The role involves overall responsibility for the customer's order journey, from initial booking to follow-up and logistics coordination.
- Handle and register order bookings and credits for rental equipment
- Coordinate returns, pickups, and proof of delivery
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and complaints
- Log and communicate status on ongoing cases to the customer
- Independently prioritize and structure daily tasks
- Handle pricing questions and proactive logistics flows
We are looking for someone who
- Is a post-secondary student or has another primary occupation.
- Has fluent Finnish language skills in both spoken and written form
- Has good English language skills
- Has basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in kit management
- Experience in customer service, order handling, or contact centers
- Basic understanding of business systems (ERP)
- Knowledge in medical technology equipment or logistics
