Home Visit Interviewer at Verian

We are hiring immediately and will continue to recruit as needed. Therefore, positions may be filled before the application deadline. The work will take place in September, October, and November, with the possibility of extension into spring 2027 and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys meeting new people, and wants a flexible side job. Your task is to interview participants in their home environment. In some municipalities, interviews may take place in your local area, throughout the entire municipality, and in adjacent areas.

What the job requires of you

• The job demands the highest level of confidentiality in handling information and data.
• A high degree of integrity. You visit people in their homes and hear their opinions.
• You keep your work materials well organized.
• You are comfortable meeting new people.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• You take responsibility and achieve agreed-upon goals within the set timeframe.
• You are proficient with digital screens (tablets) and communicate via email.
• You speak and read Swedish fluently.
• You have a driver's license and access to a car.

As a home visit interviewer, you conduct interviews with selected individuals. You visit them at home or at a café, library, or similar location. You work from a pre-prepared list of selected individuals whom you contact and schedule for an interview. The interview is carefully designed, and questions are asked in exactly the same way by all interviewers in all countries. Answer options are fixed, and questions may cover both national and international themes. You manage questions and answers using a tablet.
