We are now looking for an experienced communicator who wants to take overall responsibility for our communications. Here, you will have a key role where you work to strengthen our brand and highlight the social value we create every day.

You will become our communications expert and work closely with the operations to develop and manage the organization's communications.

As a Communicator, you are responsible for Skyddsvärnet's communications. The role is broad, independent, and varied, covering everything from communication plans to content production for our digital channels.

You report to the Finance and Administration Manager and collaborate with managers and employees throughout the organization.

The position is located at our headquarters on Barnhusgatan near Hötorget in central Stockholm. We offer the possibility of hybrid work approximately one day per week.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Plan, produce, and publish content for the website, intranet, and social media.
• Be responsible for and further develop Skyddsvärnet's digital channels and website.
• Create communication plans and develop the organization's internal and external communications.
• Produce print and marketing materials in accordance with our graphic profile.
• Write press releases, job advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Plan, produce, and coordinate Skyddsvärnet's annual report.
• Be responsible for digital mailings, newsletters, and other email communications.
• Manage the organization's photo bank and create profile materials.
• Plan and execute digital advertising.
• Plan and conduct seminars and webinars.
• Plan and distribute content for our podcast, including suggesting themes and guests.
• Support managers and operations with communication matters.
• Monitor relevant issues and trends in communications and our areas of operation.

We are looking for you who are a confident and experienced communicator with strong personal drive. You are used to taking responsibility for the entire communication process and thrive in a role with broad responsibilities.

You have:

• An academic degree in media and communications or equivalent, or alternatively, equivalent multi-year documented experience.
• Several years of experience in qualified communication work.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Experience with web publishing and digital communication.
• Experience with social media and digital advertising.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in Apsis.
• Experience working in WordPress.
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
