IDUNA is looking for a creative and responsible Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, your mission is to develop a profitable product assortment for our retail chains Guldfynd, Albrekts Guld, and Hallbergs Guld. You have overall responsibility for the assortment, sales, purchasing, and budget for the product group. You actively work to develop and optimize the assortment through continuous follow-up and analysis, ensuring the company's margin goals are met. Additionally, you participate in the planning and execution of marketing and activities for your product group. As a Product Manager, you also maintain contact with our suppliers and other partners regarding assortment, pricing, and quality.

To be suitable for this role, you should:

• Have experience in product development within retail.
• Have a good understanding of the product flow from purchasing to store.
• Have an education relevant to the position.
• Be proficient in using the Office suite, especially Excel. Experience with AX Dynamics or Adobe is a plus.
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Be stress-resistant and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be analytical, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Have knowledge and interest in fashion, jewelry, and trends.
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
• Be willing and able to travel when necessary to attend trade fairs and supplier visits.

The position is based at our office in Varberg, where you will work in a creative environment within the product department. The role includes personnel responsibility for a team of one or more assistants, and you report to the Division Manager. You will have close contact with the marketing department, fellow Product Managers, as well as the logistics and retail operations departments.

For the right person, this is an exciting role with many challenges and great opportunities for development. However, it requires that you are willing and able to invest significant time, energy, and commitment. You must be skilled at planning your work but also able to react quickly and be flexible when needed. The position places high demands on independence and initiative.

The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. Immediate start.
