Do you want to make complex technical information easy to understand and use? In this role, you will work closely with operations in an industrial environment where clear operator instructions are crucial for quality, safety, and smooth daily work.

You create instructions through an iterative working method where you gather information, transform it into clear content, and drive the material through review and approval. The work combines technical understanding, language, and structure, and you have many contact points with various specialists and stakeholders.

• You create and further develop operator instructions in relevant templates and systems.
• You gather information through interviews, photography, as well as handling images and texts.
• You structure content so that it becomes clear, easy to read, and adapted for different target groups.
• You collaborate with operations and relevant specialists to ensure that the information is correct and usable.
• You drive documents through review and approval together with the right competencies.
• You contribute to developing content and information flow for better understanding and higher quality in technical documentation.

• You have experience working as a technical writer in the industry.
• You have an interest in creating, writing, and presenting information for different target groups.
• You work in a structured, systematic, and meticulous manner.
• You are accustomed to interacting and communicating with many different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships.
• You have strong self-drive and work independently.
• You can analyze and develop content and structure in technical information for better readability and understanding.
• You have a sense of language style and information flow.
• You have knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machine safety.
• You have good knowledge of Office programs and are accustomed to working in PowerPoint.
