Description of the operations

With us, you have the opportunity to work closely with another person and make a real difference in everyday life. As a personal assistant, you are offered independent and varied work where safety, respect, and professional treatment are in focus.

The position combines a long-term assistance assignment with work in our staffing pool, which provides both continuity and variation in the workday. Approximately 60–75 percent of the working hours are allocated to a personal assistance assignment, while the remaining time is planned based on the operations' needs within the Social Services sector.

Personal assistance is based on the individual's self-determination and influence. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability and the user's wishes during recruitment.

Your assignment

As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support based on the individual's needs and decisions regarding personal assistance.

The tasks include, among other things, support in daily living, personal care, meals, support with transfers, communication, activities, and social participation.

You work based on an implementation plan, established routines, and current legislation, and you document and collaborate with colleagues and other relevant professions to ensure safe and high-quality assistance.

Your competence and experience

Requirements

• Upper secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills.

Merits

The employment

Permanent position on a full-time basis or as agreed.

Start date as agreed.

The working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Night work may also occur when working in the pool.

An extract from the criminal record will be requested before employment in accordance with current legislation.

Salary range

24,000 - 33,715 SEK per month. Final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and the overall assessment of your competence.
