Assembly Leader for Testing in Karlskrona
Do you want to lead a team in one of Sweden's most unique testing environments while contributing to the green transition? We are now looking for an Assembly Leader for our high voltage laboratory in Karlskrona. Here, you will combine leadership and technology in a business that works with testing of high voltage cables in an international and high-tech environment.

Develop, motivate and engage
As an Assembly Leader at NKT, you lead a team of experienced assemblers responsible for assembly and quality assurance before and after the testing of high voltage cables. Your leadership is central to creating engagement, structure and the right conditions for the team to achieve good results.

You plan and follow up on daily work, ensure that resources are used efficiently and coordinate work with a focus on safety, quality and delivery. The role gives you the opportunity to combine visible leadership with technical understanding in a business that is completely unique in Sweden. Some on-call duty is included in the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing assemblers in daily work
• Ensuring safety, quality and delivery according to NKT's guidelines
• Planning, prioritizing and following up on work in the business
• Contributing to continuous improvements of methods and processes

You are responsible for ensuring that assembly and quality assurance are carried out according to plan and that resources, materials and schedules are used efficiently. In the role, you collaborate with several functions within the business and contribute to developing both the team and our working methods.

Inspiring and engaged leader
To fit the role, you have experience in leading, coordinating or coaching other people. You are communicative, clear and have a good ability to create engagement and motivation in the team. As a leader, you are present, solution-oriented and confident in making decisions. You have a technical interest and thrive in an environment where quality, safety and development are in focus. With your commitment, you contribute to the continued development of both the team and the business.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in leading or coordinating personnel
• Experience from industrial operations, production or other technical environments
• An interest in technology and problem solving
• Good ability to plan and structure work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A university degree in engineering or equivalent experience is meritorious
