We are currently looking for staff for our service department in Karlskrona. The role involves varied tasks within property maintenance.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Window cleaning
• Construction and relocation cleaning
• Roof and facade washing
• Remediation work

The position requires Swedish citizenship. A security clearance with register check will be conducted prior to employment, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Qualifications and requirements

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid Category B driver's license is required.
• Advantageous: Lift and fall protection training.
• Advantageous: Heavy vehicle driver's license (BE or CE).

Employment type and working hours
