We are now opening a brand new facility in Karlskrona and are looking for a Workshop Manager who wants to be involved from day one. Here you get the chance to build the operations from the ground up, take full responsibility for the workshop, and put your own stamp on how we work in Blekinge.

In this role, you will work operationally in the workshop, drive sales, have great freedom in your daily routine, and are ultimately responsible for ensuring the work is done right. Your role as Workshop Manager with us

As Workshop Manager, you get the chance to run the workshop as your own, with overall responsibility for the daily operations of the workshop. You will be the sole technician initially, which means significant personal responsibility – both operational and administrative. To help you, you have ongoing support from the Regional Manager and competent workshop colleagues in Växjö and Kalmar.

Your tasks include among other things:

• Assembly and installation of vehicle interiors and accessories, primarily in transport vehicles.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving – you take responsibility for the entire process, from receiving the vehicle to it being finished and delivered to the customer.
• Purchasing, planning, and scheduling.
• Driving establishment through sales and service towards our customers.
• Customer contact, email, and administration.
• Ensuring high quality, safety, and delivery in all work.

The majority of your time will be spent hands-on in the workshop, but with elements of administration, customer contact, and sales.

As the facility grows, the role may develop to also include personnel responsibility for additional technicians.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience leading a team in a workshop or industrial environment.
• Sales experience.
• Experience wiring 12V electricity in vehicles, such as auxiliary lights, work lighting, or similar.
• Experience working with vehicles in a role as a mechanic or similar, or alternatively have an interest in cars and/or like to tinker with cars in your spare time.

Requirements for the position are:

• Category B driver's license, manual transmission.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.

Practical Information

• Location: Karlskrona
• Scope: Full-time, permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probation period)
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00, flexible hours
• Start: According to agreement
• Salary: Fixed salary + profit sharing, pension, and insurance according to agreement
