About the Operations
FMTIS Implementation Division Ronneby, consisting of three sections – Tele 1, Tele 2, and IT – performs operation and maintenance of the Swedish Armed Forces' telecommunications and IT systems. We ensure communication for the Swedish Armed Forces' other units and are located at Ronneby Garrison. Main Responsibilities
As a Production Planner, you will be part of one of the telecommunication sections within the Implementation Division Ronneby and will report directly to the Section Manager.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Planning, follow-up, and reporting on production
- Supervising technicians in their daily work
- Attending and participating in production meetings, both physically and virtually
- Ability to replace other production planners from other locations when needed
- Representing the section at various meetings regarding production

Requirements
Qualifications
- Technical upper secondary education or equivalent work experience assessed by the employer as equivalent
- Good experience in administrative work
- Driver's license, category B (manual transmission)
- Experience in production planning and supervision
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Personal Qualities
As a person, you are social, easy to collaborate with, and take significant personal responsibility. You are meticulous, structured, technically inclined, and quality-conscious. You are good at prioritizing, are flexible, and function as a problem solver even under time pressure. Furthermore, you have good communication and collaboration skills with both external and internal parties, are proactive, and safety-conscious.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Merits
- Experience with and knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' command and communication systems
- Knowledge of FMTIS operations, organization, garrison locations, and contact channels
- Completed conscription, GMU, or GSU
- Military work permit
- Experience or education in relevant military support systems, e.g., Prio, SAP, and Lift-HB
