We at Uniflex Kalmar are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients, who is one of Sweden's leading property developers and managers.

The responsibilities include handling incoming calls where you assist customers with their inquiries, including billing questions and fault reports. The role also involves some administrative tasks and email management. As an employee, you will receive coaching, training opportunities, and support in setting personal goals to help you develop and thrive in your role while contributing to the business's growth.

The position is full-time with varying working hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends. This is a long-term employment opportunity starting with a 6-month probationary period. The employment begins with a paid 4-week training program. The planned start date is Friday, September 11th.

To fit this role, we look for the following qualifications:

• Education at least at the upper secondary level
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing with high quality
• Experience from the service industry, preferably in customer service, reception, or retail
• Available to start in early September
