We are now launching a night patrol that will serve operations within Support and Service. Now you have the chance to become part of our entirely new organization and build it from the ground up!

Job Description

Being a night patrol within Support and Service is a valuable and important job where no night is like the other. As an employee in the night patrol, you work to support users and staff across all of Support and Service, based out of Rådmansgatan 3. This means you will have a broad, dynamic, and exciting assignment where you support wherever it is needed most at the moment – everything from short-term housing, service apartments, to group homes. Since we cover all operations within Support and Service, you will gain a broad network, great variation in your tasks, and a chance to develop in several areas.

Qualifications

You who apply have a nurse assistant education, education equivalent to a support assistant education, or equivalent education within healthcare and care professions. We see that you have experience and knowledge of LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and can meet different individuals based on the individual needs that arise. It is a requirement that you have worked with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and low-affective handling, have an understanding of different diagnoses, and be able to act confidently in every given situation.

We are looking for you who are confident in yourself, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with different people. You work independently and may need to assist different operations with your efforts; therefore, you need to have a good ability to make your own decisions and prioritize. You should have a good ability to identify which tasks can be performed during quieter nights.

Since we move around all over Söderköping, a B-driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
