At Nytida Månstenen, we are now looking for a summer substitute for our group home at Skogsgatan 7 in Ryd.

Great to have you here! We believe you enjoy meeting people and are interested in understanding what lies behind different behaviors. You likely find new ways to solve a situation. What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with varying needs for support and care. This involves supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, converse, and much more. We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life.

About Nytida Månstenen

Within Nytida Månstenen in Trehörna and Ryd, there are 13 residences for individuals with decisions regarding housing with special services under the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). The area also includes day activities. Our residences are located near nature but are also close to community services such as public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants. You have a manager or coordinator close by who spends part of their time working in the operations.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

• Are attracted to a varied job that requires extensive knowledge of care and support, and who enjoys meeting people in various situations.
• Are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility.
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We would prefer that you are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or that you have studied the Child and Youth program and have worked a few years in care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide support and opportunities for you to grow.
