We are now looking for a personal assistant for our client in Gullabo – a woman in her 30s with significant physical care needs. Your contribution makes it possible for her to live an independent and meaningful life.

Recruitment Process

We are in continuous contact with candidates who are considered for an initial interview. The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at Storsjöbygdens Personliga Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) is required.

Employment Terms

If you proceed in the recruitment process, you will need to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and your time reports, you are required to have a BankID.

To ensure that we maintain high quality in the assistance, newly hired employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approx. 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than one month from the start of employment.
