Nordic Fighter is looking for an Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative for the Norrland region.
This is a role for you who enjoys business, people, and fitness. You will be responsible for selling training equipment, gym machines, cardio equipment, performance measurement tools, and complete solutions to gyms, companies, municipalities, hotels, sports facilities, and training centers.
The district has existing customers and relationships, but active outreach will also be required to re-establish contact and build further in the region. This role suits you if you enjoy visiting clients, booking your own meetings, and driving business forward from initial contact to closing.
You will work remotely from home and plan your days independently.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customers in Norrland
- Schedule and conduct customer visits
- Create new business opportunities
- Visit gyms, boxing clubs, training facilities, companies, municipalities, hotels, and sports arenas
- Present products, holistic solutions, and concepts
- Prepare quotes and follow up on deals
- Work systematically in CRM
- Participate in trade fairs, events, and customer activities
- Collaborate closely with our sales team and Sales Manager
This is not a role where you wait for leads. You need to be able to generate activity, maintain momentum, and follow up on your business independently.

You need to have your own drive and enjoy connecting with new people. You should be able to plan your weeks, keep track of your customers, and follow through on your commitments.
We believe you would be a good fit if you:
- Enjoy sales and customer interaction
- Enjoy being on the road meeting customers
- Are structured enough to handle freedom with responsibility
- Are good at building trust
- Are curious about gyms, training, and fitness equipment
- Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or the fitness industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
The right person is more important than the right CV.
