Job Description

It is a challenge to build relationships and meet each individual in different life situations. In Hultsfred, we believe this is what makes working within care and social services both enjoyable and successful. You will have an active and varied job that provides you with lifelong experiences.

We are looking for summer substitutes and hourly substitutes for the municipality's special housing, home care services, care for people with disabilities, social psychiatry, and personal assistance.

Your main tasks will involve strengthening the person's sense of coherence, self-determination, and perception of health. This is done through your nursing care, support, and assistance to every person you meet. We also actively work to strengthen the healthy aspects of the individual.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with empathy and commitment! To thrive here, you have an interest in working with people. We would appreciate it if you had education in nursing care, but it is not a requirement; experience in similar work is a merit. We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and interested in working with people in need of care and support.

In the role of a summer substitute, good cooperation with colleagues, users, relatives, and managers is very important. You must be 18 years old for the position. Day, evening, and night work occur in most operations, so please mention in your application if you have specific preferences regarding this. Most positions require a driver's license.
