The role involves providing support to individuals with various functional variations. You will work as part of a team, supporting individuals in their homes with all aspects of their personal lives.

We focus on motivational work to strengthen and maintain the individual's abilities in daily life. Our approach is social, placing the individual's needs at the center. We support individuals to achieve a good quality of life based on their individual needs. Your support makes a difference and is valuable. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. We offer you the opportunity to choose your desired degree of employment. We are looking for you with relevant education to work with individuals with functional variations, for example, leisure activity leader, treatment pedagogue, social program with a focus on behavior, assistant nurse, or education within social work. We want you to have previous work experience in the field.

To succeed and thrive in the role, you need to be able to work independently and be flexible in your approach. You must have good self-awareness and be secure in yourself. We place great emphasis on good teamwork skills and empathy. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities. The position requires basic IT skills and the ability to work with the systems we use for record-keeping, etc. Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish. A driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement.
