We are continuously seeking Production Engineers for upcoming assignments with our clients in the manufacturing industry. The assignments vary in content and duration, but what they have in common is that you will play a key role in improving production, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production processes.
• Create and update work instructions and production documentation.
• Participate in or lead improvement and investment projects.
• Work with production preparation and the introduction of new products.
• Analyze production flows and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, quality, design, and purchasing teams.

Your Profile

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others. You are curious, take responsibility for your work, and are driven to find smart and sustainable solutions.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in production, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar technical role within the manufacturing industry.
• A good understanding of production processes and an interest in continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methods is considered a merit.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
