In this role, you will have a varied and important position ensuring efficient and accurate financial administration. The team currently consists of four people but needs to be expanded with one person. Provektor currently has approximately 130 employees and is part of a larger group, yet maintains the feeling of a local and customer-oriented company.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and registering incoming supplier invoices
• Customer and order management
• Customer invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Reminder and collections management
• Administrative support during monthly and annual closing
• Processing of expense and travel accounts
• Contact with customers, suppliers, and employees

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education in economics or equivalent work experience
• Has experience with business and economic systems as well as good knowledge of Excel
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Has good collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from the crafts/trades industry
• Have worked in the business system Entré
