About the role Are you a professional mood-lifter who is passionate about service and enjoys new challenges? We are now looking for a true service star for the reception at our client's office in central Stockholm! This is a temporary position starting immediately and running through the turn of the year 2026/2027.
Our client operates within advisory services and asset management, and like us, they have high demands for service at an outstanding and professional level.
In this role, you are not just the face of the company, but also build relationships and represent the business in daily interactions. In your team of four, you share responsibility for the entire office and for laying the foundation for a positive and memorable impression.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming, guiding, and registering visitors
- Bookings and orders
- Supervising the foyer/entrance and ensuring it is kept in order
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Catering and serving lunches
- Mail and courier services
- Some administrative tasks
- Various service-related duties
Who are you? With your welcoming personality, initiative, and structured approach, you always go the extra mile to deliver first-class service. You enjoy working at a fast pace and have strong prioritization skills.
It is second nature to you that your guests and customers always come first. With your high service awareness, you ensure a warm and professional welcome, as well as a pleasant and stimulating work environment. You have prior good knowledge and experience with the Office suite and find it easy to understand administrative processes.

Requirements for the role
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and computer literacy
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English
- Completed upper secondary education
About the employment
Employment type: Fixed-term, temporary position until the turn of the year 2026/2027
Full-time equivalent: 100% full-time
Start date: Immediately
Working hours: Monday - Friday, approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
