About the role

Working at SEB's Telephone Bank involves receiving incoming calls from private customers regarding various types of banking matters. You will assist customers contacting the bank via phone and act as SEB's voice to the outside world. SEB strives to provide its customers with exceptional service, and in your role as a Customer Service Representative, a strong focus on commercial and professional service is expected. You will work in a winning team that always prioritizes the customer's best interests.

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers resolve various banking issues over the phone
• Guiding and training our customers in digital environments and tools
• Referring customers to other expertise within SEB when necessary
• Focusing on providing a high level of service and assisting customers through various life events

The role of Customer Service Representative is a direct hire with SEB, starting September 22, 2026. You will be located at SEB's Telephone Bank in central Malmö. The position is full-time. Working hours are scheduled between 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM on weekdays and 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM on weekends.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who thrives in a fast-paced environment, using the phone and computer as primary work tools. You possess personal maturity, a passion for service, and strong communication skills. You are also engaged, efficient, and able to prioritize when needed. You are interested in developments in the financial industry and curious about digital advancements. Previous experience in banking, customer service, or similar fields is advantageous.

Key requirements for the role include:

• Previous experience in service-oriented work
• A genuine interest in banking and finance
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Comfortable working with phone and computer as primary tools
• Minimum of a high school diploma, with a university-preparatory education being an advantage
