We at Attendo Home Care in Falun are now looking for new substitutes.

About the role

As a nursing assistant here, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten up the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Personal care according to the company's routines, starting from the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their relatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education (minimum 1350 credits) or education as a care assistant.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Class B Driver's License.

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.
