We are currently looking for a substitute staff member to join Hinriksgården starting September 1st. This position has the potential to become a permanent employment.

Hinriksgården is a residential facility with special support services for adults (from age 18) with neuropsychiatric and/or psychiatric diagnoses. The facility offers 12 places distributed across private apartments. Common areas include a dining room, a TV room, and a computer room. Residents have access to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks.

Our staff team consists of social workers, nurses, and care assistants. Our support for residents is based on stability, security, clear structure, and good care. We organize leisure activities and events based on the residents' interests and needs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, cooking, participating in daily activities, providing individual support to residents, and documentation.

Your Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with education as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or care assistant, with documented experience working in healthcare, preferably in psychiatry. You should have a genuine interest in care and psychiatry.

Your Profile:
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You must respect the equal value of all people and be humble regarding people's different circumstances. A respectful and good attitude towards both colleagues and residents is fundamental.

Other Details:
Work is performed according to a schedule involving day shifts, weekend shifts, and 24-hour shifts. The salary is paid hourly. A B-driver's license for a car with manual transmission is required.
