We are now looking for new colleagues for the Infectious Diseases Clinic in Falun. We strive for diversity in our team with a mix of competencies, addressing both experienced nurses and those who have recently started their careers. The Infectious Diseases Clinic in Falun is a small clinic with a large emergency mandate, working on a county-wide basis. We have a broad patient group with many different infectious disease diagnoses. We see that the proportion of patients with infections will steadily increase. The population of Dalarna will have a great need for our help, and therefore we want to build a stable and secure infectious disease healthcare service in constant development to meet this need.

The work can be challenging but is also very developmental. The workload and pace on the ward vary, and with great drive and interest in innovative work, we tackle everyday life. To provide each other and ourselves with the best conditions, we actively work with the work environment. We achieve this through, among other things, individualized introduction, mentoring, competence development, and the reflection tool "Catch the Shift". Here, you will gain broad competence but also the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in specific subject areas.
