We are now looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to help develop our treatment operations together with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

No two days are alike. You will enjoy a varied role where clinical work is combined with supervision, consultation, and development projects.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed psychologist.
• Has experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Thrives in independent work but appreciates close collaboration with other professions.
• Is confident in assessments and has a consultative approach.
• Sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
• Wants to develop both the organization and themselves.

Qualifications such as experience with trauma, attachment, neuropsychiatric disabilities, foster care, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), or social services, as well as training in methods such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based treatments, are meritorious.

About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time or part-time role, depending on agreement. The work is primarily hybrid, but travel to treatment families occurs 2–3 times per week.

Essensa Treatment Families offers qualified foster care with integrated treatment interventions for children and adolescents. We work from an interdisciplinary perspective, where treatment families receive close support from psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, social workers, and family therapists.
