I am a man in my 40s living centrally in Östersund, and I am now looking for more personal assistants who can help me in my daily life. I currently have a fixed staff group that I am very satisfied with, but since it needs to be expanded with more double staffing, I am now looking for even more stars. This is a golden opportunity for you who want to influence the schedule and service grade right from the start. I will have double assistance around the clock, which includes both awake nights and on-call shifts at night. You must be able to work all hours of the day, both weekdays and weekends.

I use a wheelchair and have a tracheostomy, which means I need support with both care-related tasks and daily chores.

You will work in my home, where your efforts make a crucial difference in making my daily life run smoothly and be as active and meaningful as possible.

About the role

Your duties will include:

• Personal care: Help with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and other daily needs.
• Tracheostomy care: Support with cleaning and maintenance to ensure my breathing functions optimally. Previous experience is advantageous but not required – all necessary training is provided on-site.
• Rehabilitative training: Assist with exercises that contribute to maintaining and improving my health.
• Feeding via tube: Experience with this is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Active daily life: Help with performing chores and participating in activities that contribute to a rich life.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is:

• Attentive and reliable: You are careful and can adapt to my needs.
• Engaged and goal-oriented: You have a positive attitude and contribute to me reaching my goals and developing.
• Physically strong: Some lifting and transfers are part of the job, but aids are of course available.

Gender does not matter; I would like to have as mixed a group as possible with both women and men of different ages.

Previous experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare is advantageous, but it is not decisive. The most important thing is that you have a good view of humanity and that our personal chemistry matches.

I use my own car with the help of my assistants, so if you can drive, that is a big plus!
