Personal Assistant 36 hours/week – Ronneby/Bräkne-Hoby

We are now looking for an engaged and reliable personal assistant for a young adult woman living in Ronneby. The position is for 36 hours per week and suits you who want meaningful work where you make a real difference.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the client's daily life – both at home and during various activities. Your role is to create conditions for an independent, secure, and rich life by providing support based on the client's individual needs.

The work is located every other week in Ronneby and every other week in Bräkne-Hoby. The client is an active person who enjoys being on the move and appreciates long walks, swimming, bowling, and various outings. You will accompany her in all parts of daily life and provide both practical and social support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is secure, sensitive, and treats others with respect.
• Is flexible and has a good ability to find solutions in everyday life.
• Has a driver's license (a requirement as driving is part of the job).
• Has experience in personal assistance, which is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the position

• Employment level: 36 hours per week.
• Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Start date: August 2026 or as agreed.
