What you do
The role of Pest Control Technician involves days filled with professional customer interaction and service. You visit several customers every day and develop our collaborations. Through good behavior and high-class service, you build relationships with customers while your expertise and professionalism solve their problems. We work primarily preventively, but also with remedial solutions and measures regarding pest issues. The role also includes some elements of sales.

Working as a Pest Control Technician at Anticimex involves a social role where you build relationships with customers, but also with your colleagues at Anticimex. We exchange experiences and knowledge with each other to constantly become better as a company and as individuals. Although you spend a lot of time out with customers and in the car, some administrative work in the form of documentation and protocols is also included.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will primarily work with:

• Customer visits, service, and some sales
• Preventive work, solutions, and measures regarding pest issues
• Inspections at private and business customers
• Documentation and protocols

Who you are
To succeed and thrive as a Pest Control Technician, you are curious, receptive, and responsible. You thrive in a social and varied role where service and the customer's needs are always in focus. You have a strong service and customer focus while being business-minded, which allows you to see opportunities to develop both customer relationships and identify potential additional needs. With your communication skills, you build trust and contribute to both satisfied customers and good business results.

We also look for you to:

• Enjoy working independently and taking own responsibility
• Have an interest in sales and see opportunities to develop the business with existing customers
• Be IT-savvy and proficient in the Office suite
• Have a Category B driver's license
• Speak and write Swedish, but knowing more languages is a plus

Good to know

• We apply a six-month probation period for all positions
• You work from home
• The office is located in Jönköping
