About Solbacka Dementia Care in Norrtälje

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction via Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• We apply a needs-based preference schedule. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and preferences. We create schedules for 10 weeks at a time.

• You have a group leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nurse assistant.

• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

• We work all the time to come up with new, exciting activities for our residents.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nurse assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
