ICA Nära City is located in central Helsingborg, where a dedicated team of approximately 20 employees works passionately to provide customers with personal and first-class service.

The store is a modern city shop with a strong focus on fresh produce and employs a full-time chef. Our customers consist mainly of residents in the surrounding area, people working in the city center, and visitors to central Helsingborg.

The store is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation, and we are looking for you who want to be part of this continued development.

You are progressing in your career and are driven by development and achieving high goals. You have demonstrated good results in previous positions and are a team player without ego who contributes to developing and inspiring your colleagues.

You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, are not afraid to jump in where needed, and handle stressful situations with ease. The role involves working in daily operations together with your colleagues and actively contributing to the store's continued development to meet customers' high expectations.

• Has at least two years of relevant experience.
• Has a good understanding of store economics.
• Has experience working with self-control programs.
• Has good collaboration and communication skills.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Works in a structured manner and values order and cleanliness.

• Experience working with fresh produce.

• Permanent employment at 50–75 %.
• Salary according to agreement.
• Start date according to agreement.
