About the business

Our workshop in Grödinge, south of Stockholm, consists of approximately 10 employees working within rental, truck workshop, and machinery workshop. Our workshop has daily contact with our operational areas where we supply our projects with machinery, hand tools, etc. We repair, service, and maintain our fleet to ensure production runs according to schedule. Our rental operations play a central role in ensuring production functions smoothly.

About the role

As a Rental Coordinator, you help ensure that our rental operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role is fundamentally administrative, but operational work will also be in focus. Coordinating and being the link between the rental department and the workshop will be an important part of your job, so collaboration and your commitment to an efficient and service-oriented workshop will be central.

You are the link between partners, colleagues, the workshop, and systems, ensuring the right conditions exist for equipment to be in the right place, at the right time – and in the right condition.

The role is both administrative and operational and suits you who like structure, planning, and daily contact with people. Your ability to communicate and prioritize your daily work is no challenge for you, and your drive to develop and improve our rental department is something you look forward to working on!

A working day in the workshop will vary, but common tasks include among other things:

• Optimizing the rental department
• Updating and maintaining our systems
• Being the contact person and maintaining ongoing dialogue with our various workshop departments and partners
• Cost tracking and invoicing
• Updating price lists
• Inventory
• Developing work methods and processes

We believe you who apply

• Have experience in administration, preferably within workshop and rental
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and have good planning and coordination skills
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are motivated by optimizing and developing businesses
• Are proficient in the Office suite; experience with Hyrma and Next is a merit
• Can see the big picture and plan and prioritize your daily work
• Enjoy customer contact and have a service-oriented approach
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Requirement: Valid driver's license (Category B)
