Do you want to take a key role in an international program where commercial responsibility, strategic supplier relationships, and business acumen are in focus? We are now looking for an experienced Program Contract & Supplier Manager who wants to drive a comprehensive European program together with senior stakeholders and international suppliers.

This is a long-term consulting assignment with the possibility to work fully remotely from anywhere in Europe.

As Program Contract & Supplier Manager, you will be the commercial link between the program organization, suppliers, and internal functions. You are responsible for ensuring that supplier agreements are followed, leading commercial dialogues, and contributing strategic advice regarding contracts, budgets, and supplier governance.

You will become an important part of the program's steering group and play a central role in creating structure, control, and business value throughout the entire supplier lifecycle.

• Responsible for supplier agreements and ensuring that contract terms, milestones, payment plans, and deliveries are monitored.

• Handle commercial issues related to suppliers, including requirements, penalties, and contract-related processes.

• Lead and document commercial negotiations with suppliers.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and commercial results.

• Be the main contact person for the program's commercial supplier issues.

• Collaborate closely with Controlling and Procurement regarding supplier costs and financial monitoring.

• Actively participate in the program's steering group and contribute to strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with legal advisors in the drafting and review of commercial contracts and coordinate contract-related issues.

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial contract management or similar roles.

• Experience in areas such as Contract Management, Finance, Controlling, PMO, or related fields.

• Proficiency in interpreting, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts.

• Strong business understanding and experience with budget and cost monitoring.

• Experience in program management, governance, and decision-making processes.

• Very good ability to communicate and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach.

• Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

You have a natural drive, work proactively, and are comfortable making well-founded commercial decisions in close collaboration with both internal and external parties.

• Location: Sweden, Finland, or Poland

• Travel: Limited travel, approx. 1–2 times per year
