You will take on a key role in a significant change initiative where an existing diary and case management system is to be replaced with a more modern and user-friendly solution. The assignment involves holding the overall picture together in a project that affects working methods, processes, and future system support within the organization.

Here, you need to create momentum, coordinate different parts of the project, and ensure that the transition to a new system takes place in a well-thought-out manner. • You plan, lead, and follow up on the project from start to completion.
• You keep the different parts of the project together and ensure that activities, deliverables, and dependencies are aligned.
• You drive the work forward and ensure that the project maintains the right direction, pace, and quality.
• You coordinate the dialogue between the business unit and other stakeholders to capture needs and create a shared understanding.
• You contribute to reviewing existing processes in preparation for the transition to the new system.
• You work systematically with requirements management and risk management throughout the project.
• You create the conditions for different professional categories' perspectives and needs to be addressed in the project.

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for projects focused on the procurement of administrative system support.
• At least 5 years of experience with established project models, requirements management, and risk management.
• At least 3 years of experience in process mapping and process development.
• You can independently plan, lead, and ensure progress in a comprehensive assignment.

• At least 3 years of experience from similar assignments within the public sector.
• Experience in applying procurement legislation.
• Very good communication skills.
• Experience in working with and understanding the viewpoints and needs of different professional categories.
