Your employment offer

As an Economic Assistant, you will have a central role in the company's financial flow. You will primarily work with customer accounts receivable but will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in several other areas within finance and accounting.

This role is for you if you want more than just handling invoices. Here you will be involved in analysis, reconciliations, credit assessments, and closing processes while building valuable experience for the future.

Your responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things work with:

• Customer accounts receivable and ongoing follow-up of customer claims
• Handling payments, differences, and refunds
• Working with invoicing and customer-related financial matters
• Conducting credit assessments
• Participating in monthly closing and account reconciliations
• Collaborating with external payment partners such as Svea, Nets, and Kustom
• Contributing to the development and improvement of financial processes

Proffsmagasinet is Sweden's leading e-commerce within tools, gardening, electrical, and plumbing. Sales take place in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The company has a turnover of approximately 900 million SEK and has around 70 employees. Since 2018, Proffsmagasinet has been part of Ahlsell and has its office in newly renovated premises in Liljeholmen.

You will become part of the finance department consisting of four people. The team works closely together in daily work and values an open climate where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals. In the role, you will work in the business system Visma Business, and experience with the system is meritorious.

We believe you have a few years of experience in finance work and feel confident within customer accounts receivable.
