NHC is a leading player in technical textiles with operations throughout Europe and customers across large parts of the world. The company develops and manufactures tarpaulins, tents, halls, canopies, and custom-made solutions for customers with high demands for quality, functionality, and sustainability. On behalf of NHC, we are now looking for sewers/seamstresses for their operations in Timrå.

About the role

In this position, you will become an important part of the production team, where the focus is on quality, efficiency, and collaboration. The work involves sewing and assembling products within technical textiles, primarily for the defense industry. You will work from drawings and instructions at your own workstation, where materials and components are prepared for each step.

The products vary in size and complexity, creating a varied workday with both smaller and larger projects. The role requires precision, responsibility, and the ability to work at a high pace without compromising on quality.

Previous experience in sewing or manufacturing industry work is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, practical skills, and the willingness to learn. Training is provided internally, where you will be gradually introduced to the work and the company's products.

The position begins with employment through Uniflex for the first three months. Provided the collaboration goes well, there are good opportunities for continued employment and direct hiring by NHC.

Working hours: Shift work, morning/afternoon.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-conscious. You thrive in practical work with a high pace and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You are flexible, engaged, and have the desire to develop together with the company. Since the work involves following instructions and job descriptions, it is important that you are proficient in Swedish or English, both spoken and written.
