About the client company

We are now looking for assemblers who want to work within the defense industry! The company delivers some of the world's most advanced, technology-leading solutions within defense and security.

Your responsibilities

As an assembler, you will be involved in the detailed assembly and final assembly of high-tech components and subsystems in combat vehicles. The work places high demands on precision, quality, and professional methodology, and is carried out according to a specified manufacturing basis, which can be both printed and digital. You, together with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring that the planned production pace is maintained. You will have many internal contact points and gain unique expertise in the vehicles being manufactured.

Your profile

We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education such as vehicle mechanic or alternatively another practical education. You may also have acquired these skills through previous work experience. Or are you simply someone who loves to tinker! As a person, you are driven and willing to learn, solution-focused, and responsible, and believe that quality is important to you. Furthermore, you are meticulous, structured, and want to deliver well-executed work. You are a nice colleague who enjoys working together with others in a team but can also work independently.

Other information

You will be employed by Konsultia and spend your working days at our client's premises, centrally located in Örnsköldsvik. The assignments are ongoing and long-term, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client company in the future. Since the client works with defense secrecy, which entails both legal requirements and specific requirements from their customers, all employees must undergo security clearance and drug testing prior to employment. A medical examination may also be required. The positions are full-time, with working hours during the day 07:00–16:00 and flexibility options. As it is currently holiday season, no feedback will be provided until August.
