We are now strengthening our sheet metal processing operations and are looking for a Team Leader for cutting, bending, and press operations. Here, you will have a key role in production, contributing to an efficient and high-quality production flow together with an engaged team.

Your future challenge

As a Team Leader in sheet metal processing, you lead daily operations and drive the work forward with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to develop both working methods and people.

You have personnel responsibility for a team within cutting, bending, and press operations and are responsible for daily operations. Through present leadership, you create engagement, clarity, and good conditions for safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for:

• Inspiring, leading, and developing your team towards common goals.
• Planning, distributing, and following up on daily work to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries.
• Driving systematic work environment and environmental work where safety and sustainability are always in focus.
• Ensuring that assignments are carried out with the right quality, on time, and at the right cost.
• Setting clear and measurable goals in line with the company's overall strategy and translating them into concrete improvements.

You will become part of the Control and Sheet Metal Preparation management group, where you actively contribute to strategic decisions and the continued development of the business. You report to the Head of Control and Sheet Metal Preparation.

The position is a permanent employment located in Örnsköldsvik – a role for you who wants to combine operational leadership with long-term development.

We see that you have:

• Experience from industrial operations in a team leader role.
• A strong desire to continue developing as a leader and contribute to the business's improvement work.
• An academic education or equivalent practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as we are part of a global corporation.

It is an advantage if you have experience with our products and have worked in the business system SAP.
